Shipping policy
Two copies per item limit/per household.
Orders with more than two copies per item will be cancelled. This includes multiple orders.
Orders that include pre-order items will be held until every item is available to ship.
Free shipping on vinyl/CD orders $100 and over.
Please note that we cannot offer multiple shipments from one order for free.
If pre-order items are included in your order we will hold the entire order until it can ship together.
Your tracking typically will update within 24-72 hours.
Once your order has left our shop we do not have any control over it.
Please contact your local post office branch to help locate a missing package. Shipping times may vary.
