Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you placed and already received a shipping order, we can't change or cancel the order until the item has been returned to the store.


If you placed a pickup order / your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can change or cancel the order, however please note that due to Shopify's processing fees placed on every transaction, there will be a 3% deduction to all refunds.

Can you exchange items?

If the order was placed within 30 days ago AND is still sealed, we can do an exchange.

If either conditions are not met, we will run the course of "buying" the record from you through the same process we buy used collections.

When will I get my pre-ordered record?

When you purchase a title that is up for pre-order, you will see a release date on it's product page. We try our best to always ship as soon as possible to match with this date.

Please note that if there is a delay on the distributor/labels end, we have no control over this. We will communicate these delays with you as they come up, but otherwise they are out of our control.

What if I add other items to an order with a pre-order?

All items purchased on the same order as a pre-order will be held until the (last) pre-order item has been released.

We advise customers to place pre-orders separately from regular titles to receive the other titles quicker.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship to addresses located in the United States.

How much does the shipping cost?

Standard shipping rate is $7, however we do offer other options such as UPS Ground, USPS Priority, etc.

These rates fluctuate depending on the weight of your items.

I need my order ASAP, what can I do?

We highly recommend upgrading to UPS Ground for any and all shipping orders with any heightened sense of urgency.

We do our best to always ship out orders ASAP on our end, but please understand we are not the shipping service, therefore once it leaves the store the timeline falls on the shipping service.

Buying used vinyl

how does this process work?

We currently operate with a drop-off system.

Come in anytime, give us your contact info and fill out our form about your collection and we'll process it typically within 2-5 business days*. Please note that not all collections receive an offer and we may decide to pass on some or all of your collection as we see necessary.

We cannot make an offer for your collection over the phone, we need to be able to see your collection to be able to make any offers.

Do you buy any and all records?

We buy CDs, Tapes & Vinyl.

Vinyl must be in the cover/sleeve and free of deep scratches, dirt, and mold. The better the condition, the more likely we will be interested in purchasing your records.

CDs must be in playable condition, in original casing, and the general rule of thumb is the better the condition, the more likely we will be able to make an offer.

Tapes must be clean, free of excessive wear, and in original casing.

We are interested in purchasing collections of ALL genres, but there are some genres that sell better than others.

What if I have a larger collection? (500+ records)
