Stop Pretending captures The Pandoras at their fiercest—fusing snarling punk energy with retro girl-group swagger—and this expanded edition finally gives fans the full picture. Notably, The Pandoras lineup featured future The Muffs members Kim Shattuck and Melanie Vammen, whose songwriting chemistry and unmistakable edge would later help define an entirely new era of alternative rock.
Pressed across two LPs, the collection features the original album newly remastered by original producer Bill Inglot, sourced from the best available recordings to deliver sharper punch and deeper grit than ever before. But the real treasure lies in the vault: a handpicked selection of previously unreleased bonus tracks, rare B-sides, and long-lost recordings—carefully curated from the archives by the band’s remaining members—showcasing their evolution and unfiltered studio energy. Housed in a beautifully designed gatefold sleeve, this anniversary edition includes rare archival photos, liner notes detailing the band’s legacy, and insights into the making of the record during a pivotal moment in underground rock history.

Release Type: 'RSD First' Release
Quantity: 1,500

Tracklist:
In And Out Of My Life (In A Day)
I Didn't Cry
Anyone But You
You're All Talk
That's Your Way Out
You Don't Satisfy
Let's Do Right
I'm Your Girl
The Way It's Gonna Be
Stop Pretending
Ain't Got No Soul
It Felt Alright
She's Ugly (Demo)
Bad Seed (Demo)
You Won't Know (Rough Mix Out Take)
You're All Talk (Demo)
It's My Mind (Demo)
You Burn Me Up & Down (Demo)
Something I Can't Have (Demo)
Let's Do Right (Demo)
The Way It's Gonna Be (Demo)
See If You Can (Album Out Take)
Anyone But You (Demo)
Love Them Leave Them (Demo)
Never Get Enough (Demo)
In And Out Of My Life (In A Day) (Demo)
The Hump ("Stop Pretending" B-Side)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0064/5935/9283/files/cover_a756d47f-a545-4085-84a6-4999b89ec756.webp?v=1791310396
